Orders Over $70.00 (subtotal after any discounts or coupons are applied) are Free Shipping. (US Orders Only)

 Orders shipped OUTSIDE the United States will be charged ACTUAL shipping on orders under $70.00US. Orders
over $70.00US will receive a $5.00 credit towards shipping.
 I will email you the shipping costs and options once your order is packed.

To save on shipping costs, some orders can ship first class mail. This does NOT include any orders with paper
 or magazines as these weigh to much for first class.

 Insurance is Now INCLUDED on all orders.

The following is our shipping policy
(subject to change depending on volume of orders received):

Orders placed on Sunday, now ship on Tuesday
Orders placed on Monday, now ship on Wednesday
Orders placed on Tuesday, now ship on Thursday
Orders placed on Wednesday, now ship on Friday
Orders placed on Thursday, now ship on Saturday
Orders placed Friday and Saturday, now ship on Monday

Email confirmation is sent with shipping information after your order is processed.

Credit card orders MUST include the correct address that the credit card bill is mailed to in the "BILL TO" 
section at check out. If this comes through as "address not matching", your order will be delayed until we 
contact you and determine the correct bill to address. This is for the protection of all card holders against 
fraudulent charges.

Accounts:  You can now create an account. Your bill to and ship to information will be saved for future orders. 
The  bill to address should be where the credit card bill is mailed to.   NO Credit Card information is 
saved for your safety. *Also, please verify that your email address is correct before submitting. 

When you log into your account, you are now able to view your past orders, the status of your current orders 
and a tracking number for all orders shipped Priority Mail. Previous Orders will be available for viewing
 for 60 Days. To view past order, please click the Order Status Link.

Save Baskets: You can now also save your baskets and come back to them at a later date. Place your items 
in your cart as normal, and then click the "My Basket" button at the top of the screen to 
save your baskets. You can save multiple baskets, and all baskets are held for 45 days.

Wait List: You can now be notified when an out of stock item is back in stock by clicking on the wait list button
where available and if you are not already logged in, fill in your email address. When the item comes back in, 
we will notify you via email.

Inventory: Our site uses real time inventory. You will not be able to order an item once it is out of stock, 
and you cannot order more than we have on hand.
At times, when one or more customers are adding the same item to their carts at the same time and 
purchasing the last one, the cart may not update fast enough and the inventory may not be correct, 
in this case we will email you if the item is out of stock and remove it from your order.
If paying by check or money order, whenever possible, please place your order through the shopping cart so 
that the inventory is subtracted and held for you.

 Paypal:  To pay using Paypal, please use the Paypal link at the check out.  I will email you a paypal request once your order is processed.

Gift Certificates: To use a gift certificate, please type in your gift certificate key number in the Gift Certificate 
Box at checkout. Gift Certificates Do Not need to be used in full. Any unused portion will be recorded and 
available for future use.

Check Payments:  Please allow an additional 5-10 days for the check to clear. Orders ship after the check 
clears.  If checks are not received within 10 days, the order will be cancelled.

**There will be a $20.00 fee for any checks that are returned to us.

Money Order Payments: Orders will ship the day after I receive your payment.

Privacy & Security: All information submitted is used only for the purpose of processing your order.  
All information is sent ENCRYPTED to us via secure server for your safety and no information is ever sold or given 
out to anyone. We do not receive your credit card number when your order is placed, so numbers are not kept 
on file for security reasons.

Wish List: Under each item is the option to save to your wish list. You can then order all items at a later date or send a link to friends & family to purchase gifts for you. *You will need to enable the wish list under the 
"My Account" link before items can be saved.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final.  No credits or adjustments will be given for any future price changes.   

Return Policy:

• You must contact us within five days of receipt of your order.

• No returns after 15 days of receipt of your order.

• We do not offer returns on idea books, magazines, or opened Computer Software

• Any returns (except damages) must be in saleable condition, in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.

• Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with same item or a credit given, whichever 
  you prefer.
